Buying Pearl Cycles bikes is easy, convenient, and safe. Simply go to the relevant product page, select the color and frame size you want, add the items to your shopping cart, and complete your purchase with a secure payment process. You do not have to register with Pearl Cycles, but we recommend that you create a customer account. It’s very simple and allows you to manage your orders more safely and efficiently. We are well aware that you are providing us with personal data for this purpose, and we take this responsibility very seriously! You can also use PayPal – either through your existing account or as a guest. You can also pay by traditional transfer.

No surprises! The prices include sales tax, import duties, any customs fees … everything. So you won’t have to make any additional payments when you pick up your new bike at your front door. We sell our products directly to you personally, without the involvement of wholesalers or retailers, so that we can make our prices completely transparent. Shipping
We know how valuable your new acquisition is … we have spent many years developing it! For this reason we have teamed up with DHL Express for the worldwide delivery of our products. This also gives you the opportunity to track the entire shipping route of your order – from our special workshop to your front door – in real time. So that you can wait for your shipment with complete peace of mind, we use special transport packaging for shipping so that your Pearl Cycles bike arrives in perfect condition and ready to race. All you have to do is attach the handlebars and front wheel, adjust the saddle height, and you’re good to go.
Returns without giving a reason
If for any reason your bike does not meet your expectations after receiving it, simply send it back. All you have to do is send us a message via the contact form within 7 working days. As soon as you have filled out the return form, which we will send you by email, we will commission a courier service to collect the bike at your doorstep.
Garantee
Our 10 YEAR limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship and the 2 YEAR limited paint warranty apply to all Pearl Cycles frames and forks. The warranties are limited to the original purchaser and apply from the date of purchase. As all of our bikes are fully assembled and inspected prior to shipment, they are ready to drive immediately after unpacking. However, we recommend that you give your bike a quick check before you ride it for the first time. Shifting and brakes may have to be readjusted as cables stretch after a while and components can settle. A knowledgeable person can, however, easily make these settings himself at home using the manufacturer’s manual provided.

The protection of your personal details and account data is taken very seriously at Pearl Cycles. We will not pass on your email address and will not send you emails on our behalf or on behalf of other companies without your consent. You can access your account at any time and change all data available at Pearl Cycles. We keep the information you need to enter in the payment section of the Pearl Cycles website prior to completing your purchase to a minimum. The information that you must enter during the checkout process is only information that is required for the purchase of Pearl Cycles products. When transferring this data from your browser to our protected server, we use encryption technology to ensure maximum confidentiality.
